At Pareto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition and unworn.
  • The request for a return is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is not on the list of non-returnable items (see Section 3).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at info@paretostudios.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the necessary instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Worn Items
  • Items damaged or altered after receipt.
  • Bikini or Underwear

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20 business days.
  • Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
