1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and unworn.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must not fall under the list of non-returnable items (see Section 3).
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@paretostudios.com with your order number and item details.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorisation number and provide shipping instructions.
- The item must reach us within 14 days of the approved return date (as confirmed by customer service).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety protocols, we are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Worn items
- Items damaged or altered after delivery
- Bikini bottoms or underwear
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any duties, import taxes, or fees incurred during transit.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days to your original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your account depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Refunds do not include return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes incurred.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour:
- Follow the same return process outlined above.
- Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Take clear photos of the damage (preferably while still in the unopened package, if applicable).
- Do not remove any tags or labels.
- Contact us at info@paretostudios.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will assist with a replacement or refund after review.
8. Terms & Conditions
- Returns submitted outside the timeframes or without proper authorization may be refused.
- Unauthorised or non-standard returns may be returned to sender or charged a 10% restocking fee.
- All items must be returned according to the instructions provided by our support team.
