These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of paretostudios.com and purchases from P/ARETO STUDIOS. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About us and definitions
P/ARETO STUDIOS is operated by PARETO STUDIOS LLC, a company formed in Wyoming, United States. In these terms, “Pareto”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PARETO STUDIOS LLC; “you” refers to the website user or customer; and “products” means the apparel and accessories we sell.

2. Intellectual property and website use
Website content, including our text, photographs, logos and designs, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for unlawful activity.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe our products, prices, materials and sizing accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting. This does not limit your rights if a product is faulty, incorrect or does not match its description.
If you notice an error or receive an item that is not as described, contact us. We will explain the available resolution under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
4. Orders and payments
To place an order, you must be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact information. The checkout displays the currency, product price, shipping charge and any taxes or duties collected with the order before payment.
Orders are subject to availability and payment authorisation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify a material pricing or listing error before fulfilment, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If an order is cancelled, we will refund the relevant payment in accordance with applicable law.
5. Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery estimates, prices, tracking and delivery problems. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
Taxes or duties collected at checkout appear in your order summary. Import charges that are neither included in the order total nor prepaid by us may be payable on delivery, depending on the destination and service. Contact us if a carrier asks you to pay a charge already shown as paid.
6. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 14-day voluntary return-request window, return instructions, refund processing and exchanges through a return followed by a new order. Different or longer rights may apply under consumer law. Our voluntary return conditions and final-sale exclusions do not limit those rights.
7. Privacy and Shopify services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. When you visit or buy from us, information is processed by us, Shopify and service providers, which may be located in other countries. Shopify also provides services informed by your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, including personalisation and advertising-related services.

8. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Our responsibilities and any remedies for a breach of these terms are determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes your mandatory rights relating to the quality, description, safety or delivery of products, or the remedies available when those rights are not met.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming, United States.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you or any right you may have under applicable law to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change an existing order or remove rights you already have. Where the law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
